  • Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. This ensures the product is still in a saleable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a proof of purchase with your return request. This can be an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at contact@tolupe.com with the following information:
      • Order number
      • Reason for return
      • Photos (if the product is defective or damaged).
  2. Return Authorization Number:

    • Upon receiving your request, we will review the return details and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included in the return package.
  3. Packaging the Product:

    • Ensure that the product is securely packaged in its original packaging. Include all tags, labels, and accessories that came with the item. Improperly packed returns may be subject to delays or not qualify for a full refund.
  4. Shipping the Return:

    • Ship the item back to us using the address provided by our customer service team.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely and can be tracked.
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a trackable shipping method is not used.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After the inspection, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If the returned product meets the return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. If payment was made via credit card, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in less than its original condition (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging), we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards: These are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@tolupe.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (within Vietnam and the United States):

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We will not reimburse for shipping fees unless the return is due to a Tolupe error.
  • International Returns:

    • For returns from outside Vietnam and the United States, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • In cases of defective or incorrect products, Tolupe will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Packaging Requirements: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all the accessories and tags to avoid damage during transit. Any return received in damaged or unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Approval: Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer.
  • Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
